“They were not considerate when my parents senior citizens missed the bus and were left without food even when they reached the restaurant by booking Grab 10 mins before the lunch time was not over yet. I would not recommend specially senior citizen like my parents who had to be without food until the trip was over until evening 7:30 pm. And when I raised the concern I was responded very rudely . I just mentioned about having a backup in case someone missed the food so that people can have options to take something handy and eat. But inspite of me mentioning about arranging the food well in advance…”

Ganesh was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about Malaca and Malaysia overall. It was a pleasure listening to him and he did not mind answering all the questions we had. “Its an ok town, with a few things to see. Don’t expect this to be a guided tour, its just a driver taking you from stop to stop, following the itinerary regardless of creating its own logical order. Most of the times we didn’t know where were we going or even what we were going to see, just a hand signal to get out of the car and walk.”
